We are pleased to announce that Woodbury Lodge has been certified compliant in terms of government regulations relating to Covid-19 safety measures. This means we are able to welcome overnight visitors back to this beautiful part of the world! All our staff members have received extensive training to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus, and for the safety of our guests we have implemented the following measures:

Arrival
Upon arrival, a Woodbury staff member will record each guest's temperature and explain all relevant safety measures. Each guest is required to fill out an indemnity form, Covid-19 questionnaire and declaration sheet. Sanitized pens are available. Our staff will all be wearing facemasks and guests are required to wear facemasks in all public areas (excluding mealtimes); social distancing of 1.5 meters must be maintained. Luggage will be sanitized and brought to the rooms. Touchless hand sanitizers are available throughout the lodge including at the reception area.

Rooms
Rooms will be deep cleaned and sanitized before arrival. During your stay housekeeping will only enter the rooms for cleaning on request. Housekeepers will be wearing facemasks, disposable aprons and gloves.

Public Areas
Chairs and pool loungers will be spaced out to accommodate social distancing. Public areas and pool loungers will be regularly sanitized. Pool towels will be supplied upon request. Social distancing will be encouraged around the fireplace.

Dining
All meals will be served plated. Waiters as well as all other staff regularly sanitize and wash their hands. All kitchen work surfaces and dining tables are regularly sanitized. Cutlery and crockery is washed on high heat cycles.

Game Drives 
Please wait for the guide before entering the game drive vehicle. Guides will take guests' temperatures on a daily basis and check for any symptoms present. Ponchos and blankets will be allocated per person for the duration of their stay. All seats, handles and bars will be sanitized before each game drive. Game drive snacks will be served in individual containers. For guests not travelling together a limited number of guests are allowed per vehicle. All safaris are conducted in open vehicles which provides constant airflow.
